Unfortunately, there are absolutely NO infos included on this SHN-disc. 

There is no applause between the songs, but the tracks were ''sneaked'' together with the wind-noise (as it is used for the end of 'Echoes' or 'One Of These Days') as 'transition' 

This is what I have found out about the ROIO:

This is a fan release by 'The Monkey' (TM-003).
However, this is NOT a live performance, this is actually taken from a French TV broadcast from January 1975, called 'Le Pink Floyd Ballet'.
It shows only dancers, filmed in a TV studio, dancing on a pre-recorded tape of Pink Floyd music. 
This TV broadcast circulates generally with good quality (although it is not included in Harvested's "Pink Floyd Video Anthology" 3-DVD set).

'A Night With Roland' is simply the (mono) audio from the French TV broadcast.
What is interesting to note is that the Floyd songs that can be heard are in fact the regular studio versions, linked together with wind noises between songs, EXCEPT Careful With That Axe Eugene, which seems to be a studio version, but different from the 1968 version that appears on Relics.
My guess is that the version of Careful was re-recorded by the Floyd in the studio, especially for Roland Petit choregraphy. 
So the version of Careful With That Axe Eugene is a true rarity! (and is not icnluded in the Tree Full of Secrets). 

Most of RoIOs mentioning the 13 or 14 January 1973 shows in Paris are actually from the 1975 TV broadcast, and don't include real live music.
